My story began with a passion for helping Owners, Employers and their Workforce succeed together with their common goals; Safety, Reliability and Respect. Our founder, coming from several years of oil and gas industry experience both in the Labour and Administrative field, saw a need for personalized, results-driven service and set out to create a company that would meet that need. DLI's mission is to uphold that passion and commitment to excellence for my clients.

Having spent more than a decade in the Oilsands working for such owners as Syncrude and Suncor, I've honed my skills to build trust and manage relationships, allowing me to deliver effective Labour and Industrial Relations services. My background combines; academic achievement, competitive success in research, logistics and transportation (oil and gas sector), project coordination and execution, as well as a record of success acquiring and developing diverse skills in interpersonal and professional communication - including task delegation and business relations. An energetic individual with a commitment to personal and professional excellence; I'm eager to meet and am driven by challenges. I've an excellent understanding of business strategy, operations and functions within the maintenance and construction Industry to support achieving business results, the ability to provide guidance to organizational stakeholders and to interpret information to make business decisions and recommendations. Furthermore, I pride myself on my ability to interpret and apply core values of integrity and accountability throughout all organizational and business practices as well as my knowledge of principles, practices, and functions of effective human resource and industrial relations management.
